Estimator – Residential / Student Accommodation Refurb

A junior Estimator is currently sought to work for a privately owned Carpentry contractor that typically operates within the residential refurbishment sector, as well as refurbishment works for the Colleges. Coming from a commercial background, you will be responsible for carrying out pricing work on tenders on a 1^st principles basis, ensuring that profit is maximised at all times. You will be guided by the owner of the company, who is a highly experienced Director who has grown the business substantially over the last 30 years.
